President's Corner

November 2024

Thanks to everyone that volunteered at the Ensor Museum for October. We will have the drawing for the Associated Radio gift certificate at our only November meeting.

The weather for the Ensor Auction was far better than last year. There was a good turnout and some active bidding, all which helped make the auction a success. Thanks to David, the auctioneer, for a great job and the donation of the two raffle gift certificates. Thanks also to everyone that donated items. Joe’s (KRØUT) donation was a large part of the items present. Thank you, Joe.

November and December are the months when we only have one meeting each month, November 8th and December 13th. The December meeting is the Club’s pitch-in Christmas party. As in past years, the party will be at the Church. The same evening, starting at 5 PM, is a Christmas lights tour. Tim (KBØYQN) has the details about reserving a seat. The tour will be back at the Church in time for the party at 7 PM. For those on the tour, we will have the church open for any food items you have brought to share.

I hope you all have a safe Thanksgiving.
